The earth does wobble a lit bit, it is call the precession of the axis. However that is not the reason for the seasons. The 23 degree tilt relative to the planar orbit is the reason for the seasons. This is also why the sunrises & sunset appear to be more north in the summer than in the winter (if you in the northern hemisphere). It is also why when it is summer in north america it is winter in South American. Also why the days are shorter in the winter than the summer. etc.

The 26,000year wobble in the Earth's axis is called the precession of equinoxes. It will affect the seasons over time but not in our lifetimes.

it doesnt wobble , it stays a constant degree of incline . its the movement around the sun that brings the poles closer or further away from the sun
