What is the easiest way to upload a microsoft word doc. from my documents to my site using yahoo sitebuilder?

i want to upload a word doc straight to my site using yahoo site builder.every time i try the formatting takes each paragraph and puts into a text box.Which then turns into a huge mess.

Try converting the file into a .txt first, then do a copy-paste. The Word doc might have a funky script running in it, or it might be the font.
