Yes, it does. Most of the time. It takes more muscles to frown, the it does to smile. So, you are saving yourself from premature wrinkles.

Almost anytime and anywhere!!! Even in sad moments (but not at funerals) it can cheer a person up pretty good. It needs to be timed and 'thought thru' before expressing because some people do not HAVE a sense of humor and may get angered! Weird, but true!! I should know because I LOVE to make people laugh!! I'm a 'people person' - it's what I do.

Having humor reduces stress and keeps you happy but too much can make people mad. You have to find the balance. In my life there is alot of humor. LOL! Especially in my husbands world. He tends to tick people off by some of his humor.
Go for it!

Laugh hard enough till your stomach hurts. Happens to me everyday at school. Once my friend and I were swinging on our chairs My friend pulled the table back and we both fell. All you can see are our legs in the air. We couldn't stop laughing till the bell went off. LMAO!!! Humor makes you happy and the people around you so people will love you for it! XD

Some days it is the only thing that I have to use to get through the day. It helps in most situations, except possibly death. I try to go no where without mine!
