The best form of revenge to to not seek revenge at all. Just move on, hold you head high, keep smiling and enjoy your life. Leave them wondering how what they did to you did not bring you down to their level. You will reap the rewards of not having to live with a heavy heart by possibly regretting a bad choice of words or actions. Be the better person and just move on. You do not need this! Good Luck.

To just keep smiling and try your best to be happy. Make sure that you act like it doesn't bother you and that will be the best thing to do. When you try to seek "revenge" you are only letting that person know that they are getting to you. So, if you go on with your life and ignore it, you will be better off and they will know that they can't hurt you.

i understand you requested for the ladies suggestion yet i will inform you what extremely hurts from a male attitude. Act like not something has occurred, the most problematical element for any guy is at the same time as an ex can brazenly educate that he has left no emotional mark on her what so ever. this can do irreparable harm to his ego, it truly is the most precious element a male has. Say something aloud, or act in a unique way and also you may make mutual friends sense uneasy. believe me in this one, it extremely works!

Walk away and don't look back. Revenge ends up biting you back in the end. Keep sending out the good Karma and the friend will get their own Karma in return!

a friend of mine used to go out on the town at weekend leaving her 9 year old daughter to look after her 5 year old son, then take back blokes she had met. She used to ask if my daughter could stay at her house, before I found out what was going on. call me a ***** but I reported her to the social services. The blokes could have done anything to her or her kids when she took them home and I wasn't going to let her put my daughter in danger too, I think I was protecting her children. Myself and my daughter came in handy as a baby sitter before but not any more !!

To not be affected and smile at her/him like nothing happened. And the next time you see them you rant on and on about some very happy event you just went through.

To take the high road. I know exactly how you feel. I simply ignored it. I focused on getting my life together and making myself happy. Don't even focus on what he/she did to you. It'll dive 'em crazy, and the best thing is, you wont care because you are taking the high road!
