What is the best way to ask someone if they're doing drugs, specifically cocaine?

She's my girlfriend, and I was wondering what would be the best way to approach the situation. Like when would be a good moment to bring it up?

You may want to make a list of the things you've noticed that has convinced you that your loved one is using cocaine. You know what these things are. Then approach the person at a time you think they are possibly sober and in a mutually safe place. Tell the person that you know that they are using the drug. This person will undoubtedly deny that they are using. Bring up the things from your list that prove to you that cocaine abuse is taking place - once. Don't argue, but tell them you are there to help. After that tell them how your relationship will be effected if they don't stop.

They will act sneaky, suspicious, edgy, nervous, impulsive, repetitious. They will look like the life was sucked out of them.
