She's my girlfriend, and I was wondering what would be the best way to approach the situation. Like when would be a good moment to bring it up?

You already know that they are using cocaine. If you ask outright, you will probably lied to. You may want to make a list of the things you've noticed that has convinced you that your loved one is using cocaine. You know what these things are. Then approach the person at a time you think they are possibly sober and in a mutually safe place. Tell the person that you know that they are using the drug. This person will undoubtedly deny that they are using. Bring up the things from your list that prove to you that cocaine abuse is taking place - once. Don't argue, but tell them you are there to help. After that tell them how your relationship will be effected if they don't stop.

You can ask her why is she losing weight,or is there something wrong that has made her so edgy lately? You can say that if she needs you to be there for her in ways that you may not have been, that it is clear that something is wrong and that she is acting strange so let's talk about it.

There is no asking them. The more you ask the more they will deny.
They will act sneaky, suspicious, edgy, nervous, impulsive, repetitious. They will look like the life was sucked out of them.
They will deny and lie and will not act like themself.

like when she's laying a big line out might be a good time as she would have a hard time denying it, otherwise forget it, she's gonna deny it . why would you want to go out witha crack ho anyway she's just gonna cause you trouble and money, and probably give you a disease. you're better off dumping her and finding a nice girl.
