You are just really horny. Not a problem at all, normal for many guys to ooze out pre ejaculate even while flacid if you are thinking about sex. Just means you are really sexually healthy, and ready to go at any time. I've been doing the same thing for years, only problem is watching out for drips!

Sounds like an STD. not a big deal to get fixed though. Doctors arent going to judge you. go to planned parenthood and they will give you a prescr. for antibiotics.

I think you need to see a doctor. Leakage can be a sign of some STDs. Good luck!
