i have roadrunner/time warner cable (i think their the same company) and i was wondering if i have roadrunner/time warner cable then does that mean that i have broadband internet as well?

If you have TimeWarner cable TV service, then you can separately order highspeed internet (broadband) via cable modem. It's not something you get for free. Costs something like another $45 per month on top of your cable bill.
