Yes, even when my brother and father are here, everyone stays in his own room even if 2 of us were together no one talks to the other!!.
I'm talking to myself all the time, i have full imagination about conversation with people , most of real people cant understand me any more!

I think out loud sometimes, I do talk to myself a little, it's not like I have full blown conversations or anything, just random phrases here and there. Mostly expletives.

Yes. I often give myself a headache in doing so. Am constantly bombarding myself with phonecalls, to the point where I am going to have to change my number..
