I am wanting to know how to set a reserve price on ebay. I can not seem to find where and how to add it to my auction.

When you get to the third step of the selling process, "Pictures and Details," there will be boxes, under Pricing and Duration, in which you can entering the Starting Price, The Reserve Price, and the Buy It Now Price.

I'm not sure which form (new or old) are you using.

if you are using the new form, click on Show/hide options on the upper right part of the page. Just select format and you'll see an option there which says reserve price. Just check it so that you can type a reserve price for your listing.

when you are listing your auction, its right below the opening price you set.
