I look for free things and deals in the forums at websites like www.fatwallet.com
That takes up a good bit of my time.
You could watch videos at www.youtube.com
Enter instant win games at www.online-sweepstakes.com
www.bored.com is a good site with a lot of links on it.
That's all I can think of that's not games. Hope this helps. :)

I feel your pain....
I wish my office was more like the one in the show, The Office....
Not their jobs seem particularly exciting, but at least there's a lot of good shenanigans happening there...
Just answer a bunch of these stupid questions like I do, and watch the hours melt off the clock :)

Why dont you listen to some soft, cool music, depending on the type you like so much.Or you can chat with your friends or collegues. You can also try to be lively with others to keep yourself company.
