Has anyone written to the president and gotten a reply? I have! It was a letter and a pic of Mr. and Mrs. Bush

I wrote a letter about a failed bureaucratic decision and got an answer back from white house staff referring me back to the bureaucrat that made the stupid decision in the first place. I would have been much less offended if they had merely replied that they didn't agree with me and were NOT going to change the policy.
