I don't think anyone really knows the answer to that question, as nobody has seen EVERY woman in the world (except for maybe Donald Trump, he might be able to answer you).
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder anyway, everyone truly has a very different taste and the definition of beauty varies greatly by culture.
I personally don't think there's anything attractive about women who are underweight and have no curves (the fashion industry's opinion is quite different)...but maybe that's just me.

I think it would be Angelina Jolie or Penelope Cruz. Darker women are more eotic looking and don't have that stupid 'californian' average look.

i used to think britney spears but she kinda went down hill after havin kids and of course bein w/ that loser kevin. but i think she could get tha prettiness all back if she tried hard enough.
