I think he may appear to be hyperactive because he actually is. Ya gotta figure, he is a Senator with lots to do, and now trying to get the Presidency? That would make me tired just thinking about it. But I do bet he got good grades. He is a very articulate and intelligent man. He just doesn't have enough experience to satisfy me though.

I think he def has alot of energy! Thats one reason I really like him. He doesn't seem like he'd be negative on things just to create noise.
