Why did the police and other agencies deploy these tactics to make arrests this morning in Liverpool? What was wrong with the usual methods? Seemed a bit extreme

You have obviously never been arrested for a serious crime
they take the same attitude to all arrests but they don't get the same publicity from The media

its always the same nowdays minor accidents close roads all day, arrests are at 4 am . I know some instances call for this . But it seems they do this to everyone so as not to upset the apple cart so to speak
