forget remax, they are an agent and will persuade you to their listings. Generally speaking don't trust an agent, they are biased and motivated by interests that conflict with yours. And I assume your interest is in finding the most house for your money. Do your own research on houses on the market via the internet then contact an agent to physically view the places you like best. My favorite place to do this is www.ziprealty.com. They have all MLS listings in the Ft. Lauderdale/Davie area and you can search using an interactive map function that is pretty cool.
Also check out www.zillow.com to see what current owners paid and what surrounding similiar homes are going for.

Brad S doesn't have a clue. Go to ReMAX or Century 21 or any of the nationwide companies. No strong arm and using an agent is you best bet.
