Your question is vague. What is meant by "get firewall off"?
If you want to remove the complete program, go to Add/Remove Programs and remove it. Sometimes you can go to the All Programs and the program will have an Uninstall option.
If you want to turn it off to allow a download, webcam or somethingelse, DON'T. Turning it off only opens your computer to Malware infections and hackers. It only take a fraction of a second for Malware, on the Internet, to detect your computer is open and infect you.
If the Firewall is blocking what you want to do, you need to read the Help file and learn how to add this so your Firewall allows it.

Go to your firewall program, (it may be built into your anti-virus software) and turn the firewall off, if you want to erase the firewall off your computer, do what the first guy said ^^^^^

turning off your firewall is the dumbest thing you can do.
instead click on the control panel and find your firewall. inside it look for something that says something like "exceptions list". in there you can fix it so a certain program can be used. is this the problem you were having?
