A massage therapist will definitely be able to give you total relaxation as they know how to give a great relaxation massage and can recommend relaxation techniques that you can do to receive total relaxation at home. Good luck

Hi rosie
since you are a massage therapist, why don't you learn Reiki too. And try giving Reiki to yourself.
Go out in a gym and workout.
Maybe go to a beach, sit in sun and just take deep breath.
Hiking is also a good option.
