if i call her nosey and stuff she'll just argue with me...and i'm not very good at argueing

how much do you make at work? Oh I don't make any money I do it for free! Yes i love my job that much!!!
Have you seen a yellow stop sign! they say that theyare going to start making yellow the main color for stop signs.. survey says yellow is the brightest most noticable color how does that make you feel?
Don't try to teach a lesson to someone that's just wrong bad karma and stuff but next time theywant to pry just go off topic or say something totally off beat!

Have you had intercorse with so in so? Better made chips are the best lays are okay but they tend to be to creasy!
or just say random thoughts! Bow down to the porchline king!
and walk away!

Tell a big long story in her vicinity and laugh while she tells the world. Then let her know you made the story up just because you knew she was listening.
That probably won't work. I just don't give nosey people any clues into my life at all. Relative or not. If they ask too many questions, I close up. The more questions they ask, the tighter my lips become. Remain shallow with this person if at all possible.

Leave a note sitting in a drawer they would open - something like "Busted!!" or "Nosey!!" - anything that would embarrass them.

People, including relatives are nosy because they know you will give them information and gossip. Learn to say nothing. Without information, they will choose someone else to get their gossip from. Remember, keep your ears open and your mouth shut.

tell her you will give her a free signed copy of your memoirs when you write it so she will have all the juicy details of your life....but meanwhile, your agent does not want you to discuss these details until the book is published.........when you tell her this, laugh as if this is a joke! she won't know if you are serious or not but will get the idea of your meaning.
