KOBE BRYANT! Alright, I know that the Suns were on a great streak. But, Kobe took his team to the #5 spot in the west by the halfway point in the season. Lakers had a lot of injuries: Lamar Odom, Kwame Brown, Luke Walton, and Chris Mimh, not to forget Kobe in the beginning of the season. He turned this team around! Also, don't forget what a young team the lakers are! Most of their players aren't even 25 yet!

Steve Nash

MVP stands for Most Valuable Player.

Steve Nash is so much more valuable to his team than Kobe and Dirk. Considering, without him, they would be terrible. He creates the chemistry on offense which is the Phoenix Suns only strength considering there awful defense. Dirk and Kobe both provide the All-Star repetoire, but don't make as much of an impact on their team as much as Steve Nash. Kobe and Dirk are great players though.

Kobe...its ridiculous he hasnt won an MVP yet even though I cant stand the guy.

And to "truth," you're answers are ridiculous. Anybody who calls Steve Nash a "bum" is either stupid, racist, or both. That guy get EVERYBODY involved and makes his team better. He's the proto-type point guard who deserved his first two mvp's and possibly a third. Stop trashing him...

As much as I hate to say it, gotta be Nash. Team is doing better than last year, his numbers are up across the board and he's really been taking charge during the late stages of the game. That 3 pter at the buzzer at new jersey, just killed it. Lakers keep losing to some bad teams, and Dirk's great but he doesn't have the team impact Nash does.

Once again its Steve Nash. The man is amazing! Dirk and Kobe are playing well. But Nash is out in front and should win again.

Steve Nash has meant the most to his team. Kobe may have the best talent, but the MVP is about more than that. Nowitsi would be my second pick.

Kobe

Dirk is having his worst statistical season in a few years and that team goes as Josh Howard goes

Nash didn't deserve the first 2 and a 3peat from a bum like him would just be too much

Kobe on the other hand has gotten his teamates involved more, has beaten both of these teams, and has risen the stature of his team unlike the other 2 who play with much better supporting casts

regarding jetsdave/other nash people, while nash is a valuable player, the suns still have a ton of talent without him. Marion, Amare, Barbosa, Bell, Diaw, and Jones.

While the suns wouldnt be great without nash, they would still make the playoffs

i would give it to kobe or lebron because they mean more to their team
