A German soldier or anyone working under the commmand of Adolf Hitler, during WWII.
It can also mean anyone who is a part of the National Socialist German Workers Party (Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei).

Nazi is someone who was in the national socialist party in 1930s-1940s Germany. Their leader was hitler.

Today Nazis are a bunch of leftovers who still hold the racist views of the above party. The difference is that these have no official power in the government. They are also worldwide.
