I would be soo happy to have a professional artist do me as a subject.
also I actually have been a subject to a really good artistic kid in my art class.

Depends on if they were for real or not. Once when I was in college some guy said he wanted me to model but never got ahold of me. So he was just lying. :) If they were serious I'd be very flattered!

well, modeling work sometimes pays. if the person is trying to get you to spend a lot of your time posing for free, what do you get in return? who will own the rights to the work?
is the person just trying to seduce you? if they are professional, then they normally pay models or give them some sort of compensation.
i would be suspicious, not flattered.
