my 2 computer have 100 Mbps card and my gigafast wf 719 wireless routeur show that the lan is 100 Mbps. But when transfering file between my 2 computer the lan speed dont exceed 55-60 Mpbs. i run XP pro and i dislable the reserved bandwith xp use.

all computer are connected with ethernet wire, not wireless.

what is front bus speed if you have al the latest equipment but a slower bus speed youmay not be seeing the optimum performance your looking for. Cabling and noise interference possilble also

This is common with older computers. some times the speed is slowed becuase of old or full harddrives, the drive are not able to write information on the disk that fast, so even though you have a fast connection, the slower or near full harddrive limits the speed.
you can do a few things to try to speed it up. do a disk defregmentation. and try to clear out files you don't need to give the harddrive more space.

Way too much. By noon I drink at least 3, till 18h I drink around 5 and 1 more around 20h with my parents. So it's 9-15 coffees per day (depends how tired I am)

im sorry to say but your router is only a 54mbps. The router can say it is going 100mbps but that is only if you connected through the Ethernet wire. But the wifi is 54 mbps. Here is a link that describe everything about your ROUTER.

Cable quality will limit transfer speeds, and wireless setup is limited by the class of wireless unit you use
