I could not have quit without the nicotine gum.

I smoked for 20 years before I quit. they didn't have the patches or gum then. I went to a clinic and they helped me. It took a lot of will power to do it, but I made it. The first two weeks were the hardest for me.

Two years is that all?Dude,put them down now! You can do it. If you think it's hard now wait and see after 15 years. If you do it now you will be so proud of yourself. If you don't do it now 20 years from now you'll be hacking up a lung wishing you had given them up 18 years back. Take it from someone with experience.Listen man; smoking isn't cool it's just slow suicide.

I suggest nicotine patch or nicotine gum. Also try eating carrot sticks, it will take your mind of the smoke. it will still feel like there is a round stick in your mouth, without out the smoke

lucky that it is only 2 years..you will if you want to bad enough..and, want it bad enough...my friend quit this summer using the lozenges..and they've been smoke free since May....just do it! You will be so glad you did!
