For the states you'll need to consult their individual websites. For congress you can check out uscongress.gov

The pay for most is less than you might expect, tho benefits are great in some cases (like congress)

We pay the US Supreme Court Justices (there are 9) just $200,000 per year. By comparison that means the entire Supreme Court is paid $1.8 million annually.

For reference Judge Judy earns $25 million per year!! Her job must be more difficult!!

Office of Personnel Management would have the salaries, etc for Federal ... states ... would depend on which one.

About.com also has an article about congressional salaries, and how they relate to judges, etc.
