Hold menu and the middle button down for 8 seconds that should do it.

I believe though you push in enter and menu at the same time for 5 seconds or play and enter for 5 seconds. go the website

Hold down the middle and top buttons. You have to hold it for a little while though...30 seconds about.

I had that happen to me once, i just had to wait until the batteries run out and then it goes blank. When that happens recharge it and it will work!

I removed the battery and put it back in and that took care of it. I had the same problem.

hav u tried turnin it off? or holdin the poweroff? did u take out the battery? otherwise leave it on till it runs out of battery
