It really depends on what you want to spend. Some people are recommending MAC or Bobbie Brown, which are great brands but are quite expensive. You might look into the "Glazewear" from Avon, which is only $1.99 right now. Check my website at www.AvonbyMarcie.com and go to page 22-23. There are 23 shades to choose from. It's regularly $6.00 but it's on sale right now.
For a "natural" color, I'd recommend Clear, Teddy Bear, Tickled Pink, or Mirage, depending on your race/skin tone.

Revlon Super Lustrous Lip Gloss in Cherries in the Glow.
It is an easy to wear, soft sheer neutral red. Reasonably priced & no funky taste.
Clinique Almost Lipstick in either Black Honey or Almost Red. Both are sheer & natural looking. Black Honey is good for almost anyone. Almost Red is best for pale skin or cool toned complexions.

Try the Burts Bees lip shimmers. You can usually buy them in your grocery store. They come in really cute shades, like shimmery Champagne, pink Guava, and a really subtle Watermelon. I would recommend Watermelon for a more natural look. Plus they also mosturizer your lips and leave them with a tingly feeling that feels great.

Go to marykay.com and look at theirs. They have a gold rush, beach bronze, and cream & sugar that are all natural looking. Plus!!!! They are good for your lips because they moisturize and aren't sticky.

C.O. Bigelow! That stuff is awesome. :) It comes in a small variety of tints, which also includes clear. It comes in cool flavors, too: Mint, Root Beer, Cherry Soda, etc.!

L'Oreal Paris and Neutrogena has really good ones. They are not pricey, either. Their lip gloss let your lips shine without looking too glossy and like you have just dip your lips into oil.
