how can you get lugia to open its heart?

You have to have every box in the Purification Chamber full and have Lugia in one of them. You also have to have full tempo and flow. I think only full of one of them though.

I only know how to get suicune. you need to star the game all over again and you need to start with squirtle. then you will need to beat the elite four, then just star looking for it anywhere. Or you could just trade it from someone else that already has it. good luck.
