Saddam wasn't killed to benefit Americans. He was killed because he was convicted of a killing 143 Shiites. Convict Bush/Cheney of the same offense and then you might have an argument.

Uh, becuase as far as I am aware we dont hang people anymore here in the US. That was the Iraqi determined punishment for Saddam.
