Not as long as he's with the Raiders. He has no motivation there, and there offense needs a major upgrade and QB, RB, TE, and on the OL.
If he were traded to a place like Baltimore, KC, ATL, or someplace with a solid offense who just needed another WR. I think he would re-dedicate himself and could rebound and resume his great career.

If he is still stuck in Oakland then I think you are looking at similar results, if gets traded to a real team then he may have better results as long as they let him run his routes the way he likes to run them...close but not too precise. Oakland was and always will be a bad fit for him.
