Paypal e-cheques are just as safe and secure as any other type of payment. It just takes a little longer to process since it has to go through the cheque approval process.

I've used that payment several times and never had a problem. It just may take up to a week for the person to receive their money.

'everything using Paypal is safe ...' oh dear ....

All that stands between you and an empty Bank account is one password....

PayPal is NOT a Bank - they will NOT help you get your money back if you are a victim of fraud = they have NO 'duty of care' towards you and you have NO come back.

In fact, to protect themselves, they are more likely to suggest YOU are the fraudster and throw you off their system (see link below).

However, so long as you NEVER EVER click on any LINK to eBay or PayPal from within ANY auction, web page or email ('Phishing' or not) you should be OK ...

i just bought a blackberry phone off of ebay and used an e-check. its safe. i think anything involving paypal is safe. the only thing about it that i didn't like was that i took days for it to clear just like a regular check. but after i found out why it took so long, i went in and added my debit card to my account.

If a broking service gained't respond to you, do not purchase from him yet. that is his duty to respond to any price questions with regard to the prevalent public sale. it really is purely about particular, in case you supply them a touch time, they're going to reply. they ought to, that is a freelance. you're obluigated to purchase, and they are obligated to assist. Why do not you supply the link of the prevalent public sale and that i will inform you precisely what price techniques they settle for? Postal orders is too imprecise, there is better information regarding price concepts on the prevalent public sale web page (or contained in the e-mail) you received from the dealer on the close of the prevalent public sale. get jointly, dealer accepts Paypal, funds orders, own assessments, etc.

have you registered your card with eBay they usually use e cheques when you haven't or there`s a problem. e cheques are safe but they take longer to clear so you might have to wait for your item.
