Dose any one know how to do it? I know it is not a good choice to do it at home but my mom and dad dont want to spend money on it. All I am worried about is the pain it will cause when I first do it. Is there any numbing techniques I can do to make the pain go away except for icecubes?

Ice cubes arent really going to help. The only thing that would help with the pain is a prescription lidocaine cream (doctors rarely prescribe it), but don't worry about it, because honestly, you wont feel much after you pierce it incorrectly and paralyze part of your face. Save up the money and have it done professionally - no joke, this isnt an ear or navel piercing we are talking about, you *really* can paralyze yourself or hit a vein you cant see and end up in the emergency room.
Sell some of your old stuff on eBay and youll have the money for it in no time :)
