Yes, I grew up in a small town-couldn't wait to escape. I moved away and was so darn homesick, I moved back and am still here. Wouldn't dream of leaving now!

I grew up in a small town. Couldn't wait to get out and now live in the suburbs. I like it there, but don't think I could move back.
700 people for the town population and I graduated with 42 students in my class.

I guess you could consider it a small town, because its right in between two big cities...Dallas and Fort Worth, TX. I couldn't wait to leave there. When I go back and see all the people I used to know and they still live there, it seems really sad. Almost like they haven't done anything with their lives. I don't live far from there now cause most of my family is there. But personally I don't ever wanna live in Grand Prairie, TX ever again!

I grew up in a tiny town, and couldn't wait to get out and start my life. There were so many bad things like drugs in that town. Most people who grew up in that town fell into the whole drugs and alcohol thing. They graduated high school but never really got educated. And now they are still living there, and will never get out. In my graduating class there were more girls who had kids already or were pregnant, than not. Thank God I got out.

Nope, I'm a city slicker. Although Sacramento, Ca was considered a small town when my parents moved here in the 90's it's not anymore.

Yes, I did. I could not wait to get out. What a pile of it that town was.
The best sight that I saw was that blasted place in my rear-view mirror.

Nope, farm girl just outside a itty-bitty town in the rolling hills of western Kentucky. Half way between St. Louis and Memphis.
Now I live in the city, go back when I can.......
