if an ultrasoud cant be done yet, what are some signs of a boy or a girl?? what are some stories you heard?

There is nothing that will postively tell you except an ultrasound (and even those aren't 100% accurate). There are a lot of old wives' tales out there, but you can't count on any of them to work. I understand the impatience - I went crazy wondering about my little boy. Good luck with the baby!

People say that you can tell all sorts of different ways, but these are all old wives' tales! The only methods that will give you a real answer are scientific. In the old days, people even used to think that drinking a ton of red wine while pregnant will give you a male child. Imagine all those poor kids born with fetal alcohol syndrome because their parents didn't want a girl!

There are no signs lol. I have four boys, two are step sons, so actually im pregnant with number 3. This time around EVERYONE thought it was a girl, i was carrying different, i felt different, i was sick as a dog, i broke out horribly, i wasnt as tired, i was eating strange things, the heart rate was very high. And well a few days ago we were informed that it was another boy lol. So you just never know :)

The signs of a boy or a girl are a penis or a vagina during your ultrasound. Until then there is no way to know. Even after the ultra sound sometimes they still don't know! Usually after 14 weeks they can see the labial folds of a girl baby, or the absence of them for a boy.

Although they are old wives tales this is what I heard;

Rounded Belly - girl
Bullet-like belly - boy

Gain weight only in belly - Girl
Gain weight all over - Boy

Bad morning sickness/ no appetite- Girl
No morning sickness/ always hungrey - Boy

Crave sweets - Girl
Craves savouries - Boy

Oh and apparently boys kick more and have a faster heart beat than girls....but like I said...Wives tales =)

honestly you are gonna just have to wait it out... there is no real sign of weather its a boy or girl you can look at those websites and play around with them, they are always fun... but end the end its not garuntee.. people prolly have such good luck with them being right because they only got a 50/50% of being wrong... i know that a bunch of friends and family asked me all kinds of questions and i even played around with those websites, they all said it was 90% that i was gonna have a boy... well we are 100% that its a girl... we have done many ultrasounds and seen all the girl parts... so go for it and play around with those sites, but i wouldnt get my hopes up just yet... good luck

i am pregnant with a girl right now and this pregnancy has caused my face to break out terribly and i am gaining weight in my butt and legs more than my belly and i had morning sickness up until a few weeks ago.


with my boy, i only gained in my belly and was barely ever sick and my face never broke out. that pregnancy was a breeze, i was also alot younger

Supposedly if you had bad morning sickness it's going to be a boy. And babies that kick more are boys.

dont go by the first answer you got...bc im carrying all around and and i had terrible morning sickness and im having a boy...try the chinese gender prediction..it worked for me..

Usually if you have a boy you will show alot in the front. A girl will be all around.
