Lip waxing hurts less than leg waxing if it is done by a skilled aesthetician. My aesthetician is very quick but gentle.
Leg waxing hurts less as you continue to keep it up. The hair follicles get weaker.

I would say yes. The most sensitive areas of your body are your hands, lips, face, neck, tongue, fingertips and feet. Some of the most sensitive touch receptors on the body are located on your face. Therefore the skin on the upper lip is going to be more sensitive than on your legs, and the hairs are finer. If you have already done the upper lip, you'll be fine getting your legs waxed. As you probably know, the first time is always the worst! But it should get easier with repetition.

Waxing is painful but not unbearable. Its worth it though. The upper lip does hurt a bit but its over before you know it.

your legs defienetly hurt more. If you dont have the guts, just shave it. Upperlip waxing dont even hurt compared to legs waxing.

ohh yeah waxing the upper lip its worst,,, i hate it!!! thats why i plug them out,, it takes a while but less painfull,, but insteed of waxing your legs why don't you use nair??? it takes way less than waxing and its not even painful!!!!
