Okay so im going ice skating for the very first time well since i was really little but how do i stop on ice skates NOT hockey skates ice skates?

turn one of your your skate sideways so that it scrapes against the ice, and you'll stop

i ice skate but it just comes natural for me so i cant help you sorry

just drag the toe or the blade sidways of you back skate, that should stop you pretty good..it's hard to explain
