You'll say something man then they basically egg you on by saying "What did you say",etc. What are they trying to prove?

I think we have all been in the situations whether it be with a sibling when your younger or someone ignorant, and the only reason they want it repeated is because you defeated them with words and they don't have a come back, at least that's what my sister tells me now as we look back and laugh.

Can you explain that again please? Oh, sorry, I was just throwing some sarcasm your way. Actually it's a cute question. Maybe some people just like being verbally abused. I guess it wasn't enough to hear it once. They need double the insult. I say, give them whatever they ask for. No I don't.. I think they just want to make sure they assessed me correctly so they could assign me in the right compartment of their minds. Nothing wrong with that.

My standard response is "Oh deaf as well as being a ...." Mind you, it does depend on how big they are.
