Whatever has been willingly given up or otherwise, all are under attack. It is hard to have any if you don't have all.
Those who think that they are only giving up the rights of other people are not aware that they could be mistaken for a bad guy and discover that they have no right to prove otherwise either.

None. If we give up our civiil liberties, then the terrorists have already won. I guess the question we should ask is: Is it worth it to take away the rights of millions to avoid an attack that could take away the lives of thousands? Tough call.

First you have to prove there is a security risk, then you have to convince me giving them up is necessary - none of which Bush did. He just decided to do it.

Yeah, which ones have we lost? I know in some states the gun laws have made it more diffcult for us to excersice our right to bear arms, but I still have all my constitutional rights.
