ALL my skin is extremely fair, but my face is very slightly darker than my body, due minor sun exposure which we all have. (I'm NOT a tanner or a sun-bather by any means, and I'm sooo careful about protection, hats, etc!)
I wear minerals (which does prevent that "line" of demarcation), but I do try to match my foundation to my neck (I even test it on my inner wrist, which is also extremely fair). Honestly, if i *didn't* match it to my neck, there would be a weird color gap between my face & neck.
But should I be matching it to my face instead? What do you think?

oh, and the problem with what i've *been* doing is that my face can look almost artificially too light (or is that b/c i'm just used to seeing it dark, without the makeup?). plus i kind of have to pile it on to lighten the skin, and that's never good. :(
