No. I don't know any black person who wants to live in an all anything neighbourhood. We do not pack up and leave because other ethnic groups are moving in.
There are large pockets of black wealth in every state but there will never be an all black/asian/indian/arab/blah blah blah wealthy neighbourhood in the United States of America, or England or Germany or Norway or Finland.
There are some in Jamaica, The Bahamas, Trinidad, Nigeria, Barbados...

LOL, very good question.....there is a county in America called Prince Georges County in Maryland.....it has the highest percentage of very very wealthy African Americans in the USA. They live in house way over a million dollars....they have summer homes in the islands and/or Europe...they own they own businesses....their children go to Ivy League Colleges...etc.
Every so often this area is written up in various publications.
However this is by far not the only area....just the most concentrated.
