The most possible culprit is that your BIOS is Corrupted, however you could remedy it by changing the CMOS coin type battery. (CR32); It's not as simple as it looks since you could fry your system board through static electricity. After you changed the batteries, remove all removale peripherals with the exception of the hard disk, power connections and of course, the battery. Reseat all components one-by-one to determine what other component got some issues. I'll give you a website where you can use for reference on how to reassemble your PC. Remember, use anti-static wrist=straps when working with components. It will protet your PC against static electricity.

It sounds like the memory has gone bad, you can use Memtest86, to test it.
