Well, at my age, I must confess that at age 17 when I got pregnant with my son, I couldn't tell the difference between the two either. And to add insult to injury, my English teacher's mom made chicken and dumplings and invited me over for dinner with the two of them. I went, ate well, and the next day felt all better, thinking the chicken and dumplings had cured my stomach flu virus! I still get teased about that one some 30 years later! Take an EPT and see what it says. They are pretty reliable. With my daughter, 15 years ago when I thought I was pregnant, EPT said yes and the doctor said no. EPT was right! LOL! Good luck!

"So, although a missed period is certainly your best clue to a possible pregnancy, it's not a definitive sign. Your suspicions may increase if you have other symptoms of early pregnancy, such as:
extreme fatigue
breast tenderness
nausea, with or without vomiting
constipation, gas, and/or bloating
abdominal cramps
frequent urination
food cravings or aversion
mood swing
increased vaginal discharge
Some pregnant women experience one or two of these symptoms. Some have many of them. And some have no symptoms at all. Symptoms may even be different from one pregnancy to another in the same woman. "

Headache
Muscle aches
Chills
Extreme tiredness
Dry cough
Runny nose may also occur but is more common in children than adults
Stomach symptoms, such as nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea, may also occur but are more common in children than adults
You don’t need to experience all of these symptoms to have the flu. If you have one or two, it's recommended that you see your doctor."

Everyone's pregnancy symptoms are different. Some people have exactly what you described. I didn't have any symptoms at all, and yet was 100% pregnant. Take a test. See a doctor. And start using protection!

Pregnancy symptoms do not and cannot appear until after you are acutally pregnant, hasn't been enough time for you yet and after you have missed the second period, that's just how it works.

That sounds more like the flu to me.
When I was pregnant I would get hungry and then suddenly become severely nauseous.
But these things are different for everyone

If you have hot/cold chills--you're not pregnant. Pregnancy doesn't give you a fever.
The flu IS similar to pregnancy, but the best way to know is to wait until you skip your period and/or take a HPT.
Also, have you had sex? Is there a reason you should be worried?
