I think I might be over someone I like/liked (Not sure which) so it would be very helpful if someone tells me somethings to distinguish if you are over someone or not. Thank you

Ask yourself if it would bother you if [name] was going out with another guy/girl (delete as applicable). Or, next time you see her/him with another guy/girl, pretend they are going out and see how that makes you feel (but don't do anything drastic!).
If such things don't bother you, then you are over him/her.

Uh, go out with someone else...if you have a good time and don't think about the one you liked, you are over him/her...if he/she is all you think about, you're not over him/her...

Well, you can certainly say if you don't think about them all the time, it means you don't care about them, but if they treated you bad, just keep it out of your mind and move on in life.
