i was put on HRT when i was 38 and 2 years ago i came off it myself as i had been on it for 10 years and i have not had a period since, someone i work with said that i could still get them a few years down the line but i`m not sure, what do you all think xx

By my reckoning that makes you 50, and if you were put on HRT at 38 I suspect that you had pre menopausal symptoms. I have had a similar history and am glad to say that my periods have been gone since I was in my mid 40's. But you can request a hormome check to see if its at all likely for them to return.

Oh lucky you!!!! If you're not getting them then that's great....don't you think?? The change brings so many things don't you think that this might be a bonus after all the cr+p you've gone through??!!

You shouldn't stop taking medication without your doctor's permission. See the doctor about your periods.
