When my husband and I have sex, I almost always have to pull out the astroglide for extra lubrication. I am very attracted to him and love to have sex and he also feels the same. So I know that's not the problem. I'm also emotionally connected as well. How can I get my body to stay really wet on its own naturally without having to use lubrication or without having him go down first everytime?

Anyone please help with suggestions.

we use astroglide all the time, even if I'm wet enough, just because it feels so much better with the lubrication. It sounds to me like you've found your solution. Everyone I know (who I can talk to about this subject) uses lubrication. Some people are just built differently. I notice that during certain times of the month I am dryer than usual, but that's just hormones. Getting enough foreplay is also important to wetness (you can even warm yourself up first if you're self conscious about how long it might take). I don't know that there's anything else you can do, but needing lubrication is nothing to feel bad about.

you're boyfriend is an fool, and an asshole. He does not be attentive to what he's speaking approximately. in any respect. women individuals are actually not faucets! we can't consistently be moist down there. We in basic terms produce lubrication each 3 or 4 minutes and after a at the same time as we dry out. it is commonplace in any respect, and it does not take place to in basic terms "previous women individuals." And if he's insulting you for wanting to make intercourse extra sensible and use lube, that's thoroughly generic, then i in my opinion think of you will possibly desire to discover somebody extra sensible. My boyfriend and that i take advantage of lube for all time. He in no way theory that it grew to become into in basic terms for previous females. And your boyfriend might desire to be attentive to that.

Sometimes it just takes more foreplay. For me my skin and hair and EVERYTHING is really dry so I usually have to use a lube of some sort. You may want to ask your doctor about it to see if they have any insight. If you are both consenting adults and you just can't get wet there is no shame in using a lube all the time.

I experience this problem sometimes when I come off of my period, even if I am really turned on. I have begun taking fish body oil capsules to increase my cervical mucus( because we're trying to get pregnant and it helps) and it helps with any dryness problems. If you don't want to try fish body oil capsules because of any aftertaste, try flaxseed oil capsules, they should do the same thing. Besides, it's a good source of omega fatty acids which are essential to your body anyway. Hope this helps.

Yes. That's fairly common among women.

The only thing to do is to continue to use the astroglide and foreplay like you have been doing. There's no way to do it naturally.
