If a player never touches the endzone or reaches the ball between the pylons but jumps over the imaginary line reaching out of bounds, is it ruled a touchdown? I an unable to find the exact ruling anywhere in NFL.com's rulebook.

Yes this is a touchdown. However, many PLAYERS don't even know this, as seen by how they try to extend the ball inside the pylon instead of just crossing the goal line when they are in a race for the goal line, which isn't smart because if they fumble the ball out of the endzone it is a touchback giving the ball to the other team.

Yes. It extends all the way up and to the side. If the ball is inside the pylon it is a touch down not out side. The Large White line tells the out of bounds area.

If he jumps the line and touches down out of bounds it's not a touchdown. The end zone line goes around the end zone not beyond it.
