And is there any way to fix it!?

I am not noticing these stains before washing.

If you use liquid softener, it is your softener. If there is a cup in the agitator that you pour the softener in, try adding some water with the softener when you do laundry to dilute it (especially if it is a concentrated formula).

Also, make sure your washer is set on the proper load setting, maybe there isn't enough water getting in there (e.g. large load on a small load setting) and the softener is getting on the clothes directly.

I recently had to pull the top of my agitator off where the Softener goes (it just popped off- i guess it was designed to for situations like this) and it was clogged with fabric softener build up- this was causing it to splash out in the spin cycle and hit my clothes, causing the similar spots. Hot water and dish soap took care of it and then I popped it back in place and it worked just fine.

Either you are pouring your fabric softener directly on your clothes, your drer sheet is sitting on the clothes too long before/after drying, or there is something sticky and oily in your dryer. I washed and dried a tube of chapstick once what a mess. I've also dried crayons and that was an even bigger mess.

Dish detergent (Dawn) as a spot treater should take out the oily stain. Don't pour fabric softener (liquid) directly on the clothes and if you use the ball. make sure it is functioning properly, and if you use dryer sheets make sure you take it out as soon as the clothes are dry. Don't leave your clothes in the dryer for a couple of days (guilty).

You may want to clean the inside of your dryer with a degreaser (Simple Green) too.

Good luck hope that helps

Are you using your own machines? Have a technician come and check the machines for problems. Also check the clothes before you wash them. Don't wash work clothes with the regular clothes if the job has anything to do with any type of shop.(machine, mechanic, tools, etc)

Inspect the barrel of your dryer for anything visible.
