No, She isn't the ugliest woman ever,and in my opinion isn't even ugly. If you're talking ugly take a look at Pamela Anderson, Katie price Jodie marsh and then theres Jade Goody Theres plenty of ugly women in the world and its not just looks I'm on about either!!!!!

Beauty comes from within. A person can be really good looking and nasty within. Usually cause they know they good looking and makes them arrogant in some cases. Some women are really stunning til they open their mouths. Men too. I think a good quality in a person is being comfortable with who they are.
