I walk very heavy on my feet so I always wear the rubber off the bottom of my shoes quickly is there another way to walk in my heels so I don't distribute so much weight to my heel.

Not really... But you can try walking more on your toes to distribute the weight more evenly.
And if you wear out the bottoms, buy insoles, like Dr Scholls.

Unfortunately heels force your foot to place a lot of stress on the heel. You can get the heel replaced, or try to walk more on your toes....

high heels are bad for you. I know, I know...I love them too. But have recently found out that they contributed to the knee problems I am having today. Just something to think about.

if you go to a cobbler of some sort you can get your heels reinforced it might seem like a hassle but trust me it's worth it!
