The anwer to that is yes. If your are going to call a toll free number go to a pay phone or use your home phone.
As far as using a phone card, most cell phones are one rate nation wide now. As least the Cingular plan I am on is. It makes no difference if you call across the street or call across country it cost the same so don't be wasting your phone card time.
