I suggest start coaching as a volunteer in case u don't have coaching experience. This way, ur talent for coaching would be exposed rising ur probabilities for being promoted and getting a descent salary.

Go to a High School and volunteer your time. Also go to a Pop Warner Football for the youth to get experience. For baseball coach little league. I did both and was offered to Coach High School Football!! After a few years you may get paid depending on School.

Try your local youth sports leagues and even YMCAs too.....they have great programs that can give you the opportunity to lend a helping hand....basically a volunteer program but the rewards really do outweigh the time & efforts!
Pony baseball, park district leagues, national youth football league, pop-warner youth football league.....lots of chances!!

coach at your school. the summer after my husband graduated, his old coaches called him and asked him to help out, maybe this will work for you!!

volunteer at a church or at the y.....or just walk around the park and anywhere in your neighborhood wearing a striped black and white shirt with a whistle around your neck just in case a game breaks out
